RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs. You are responsible for your own return costs. This includes duties and taxes if it's an international order. Please note that when purchasing a label yourself, you must purchase a private delivery shipment, not to a parcel shop, otherwise it will be returned back to you. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, with the packing slip, without having been worn, washed or altered, with all tags still attached and with the tote- & poly bag. If the tote-bag is not returned we will deduct 10€ from your refund. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.

If you would like an exchange/different size you will have to place a new order and return the style that you do not want.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible. The estimated processing time after we have received the package is 5-10 business days.

Claims
All goods are covered by the current Danish law, which gives customers 2 years to complain about a product. As a customer, you can complain about defects that occur within 2 years of purchase. However, if defects or wear and tear are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear, the right to a complaint is denied.

If you have received an item with faults or damages, send an e-mail to our Customer service mail address, info@operasport.net, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include a picture of the garment showing the issue along with your order number, so we can process the claim as fast as possible.
