Return Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package.

All returns must be registered through our return portal here.
Customers in Denmark and the EU can purchase a return label directly through the portal. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers outside Denmark and the EU are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.
We also offer exchanges for all customers through the return portal.
How to Return
Register your return or exchange through our return portal and follow the instructions provided.
If you have purchased a return label through the portal, simply use the label provided. If you have not purchased a return label, please arrange your own return shipment and send your parcel to the address below.

We also accept returns of online orders in our Copenhagen store.
Please note that we do not accept returns sent via DAO or to parcel shops. Returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse partner. Any such shipments will be returned to the sender.
We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
OpéraSPORT does not accept returns submitted after the 14-day return period. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were delivered. All original tags must remain attached, and the item should be returned together with its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return requirements.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges through our return portal or in store.
Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed and shipped.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding alternative options.
REFUNDS
As soon as your return has been received and approved through our quality control process, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse and an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We now also offer refunds in the form of an OpéraSPORT gift card with a 15% added value on top of your refunded amount. This option will be presented to you during the return process through our return portal.
If you have any inquiries regarding your refund, please contact info@operasport.net. We aim to get back to you within 2–3 business days.
CLAIMS
All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 2-year right to complain about manufacturing defects.
The right to complain does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@operasport.net with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
If your claim is approved, we will assist you with the return process and provide the necessary shipping instructions.
