Yes, you are responsible for your own return costs and all other expenses.
You have 14 days from arrival to return your order. You order must arrive in the same condition it was sent and not been worn, altered, or washed. All articles must be returned in the plastic poly bag, still have original OpéraSPORT tags attached, and with the packing slip stating the order information. We reserve the right to deny any returns that don't meet our standards.
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you're allowed to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. If you want to return your order, you can use our return portal here. It's important to note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you can always purchase a label yourself and send to the following address:

We do not accept DAO returns or returns made to a parcel shop, otherwise they will be sent back to you. We strongly recommend keeping a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent, given that you're responsible for the package until it arrives directly to our warehouse. We do not refund any shipping costs.

Once you place your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify it. Instead you're welcome to return it once it's arrived and place a new order for the desired size or style.
We don't offer any exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our website and return the wrong size or style to the address below:

As soon as we receive your return, we'll refund your order to the original card.
As soon as our warehouse receives and processes your return, you will receive an email confirmation stating your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to post on your bank.
