Orders are shipped via our affiliate couriers. We endeavor to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to process and send orders within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday and to deliver within the delivery times described below, unless otherwise agreed, however, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU (INCLUDING U.K.)

Please note that custom fees are not included in the prices of our products. For orders outside the European Union, customers can be subject to international custom fees and additional taxes. Since custom policies and import fees vary widely from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order. 

Shipping cost and delivery times:

During shipment the package is not insured and we are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
