Bar Amore 

Gl. Kongevej 74D, 1850 Frederiksberg. A cute Italian dinner spot where great food and atmosphere are guaranteed. Grab a seat by the open kitchen or one of the outdoor tables on a sunny evening.

Royal Garden

Dronningens Tværgade 30, 1302 København. A family-owned Chinese restaurant serving authentic dishes since 1999. Known for its handmade dim sum and classic recipes, it’s the perfect spot for a delicious shared meal.

Silberbauers Bistro

Jægersborggade 40, 2200 København. A cosy neighbourhood bistro in Nørrebro serving classic French dishes. Always a safe bet for a great meal.

Baka d´Busk

Rantzausgade 44, 2200 København. A fun, laid-back vegetarian restaurant run by a group of friends, known for its seasonal sharing plates, natural wines, and playful kitchen energy. It has a warm, social vibe where the atmosphere is just as important as the food.

Bevi Bevi

Oehlenschlægersgade 53, 1663 København. The chef’s menu is always a good choice, featuring classic Italian dishes and a selection of delicious sharing-style antipasti.

Pho Hanoi

Vester Farimagsgade 2, 1606 København. They serve the best pho in town. Always busy, with a fast-paced, authentic feel and in summer, we recommend grabbing a seat outside on the side street

Graziano

Møllegade 13, 2200 København. Italian dining at its best. Known for its authentic Tuscan-inspired dishes and intimate atmosphere, it’s a place worth booking ahead for.

Posh Jah

Borgergade 17A, 1300 København. A really good Japanese spot. Casual but high-quality.

Juno the bakery

Århusgade 48, 2100 København. Here you'll find freshly baked sourdough bread and some of the best cardemom rolls in town. Expect an early queue, but locals keep coming back for a reason. 

Lille Musling

Hørsholmsgade 32, st, 2200 København. A casual all-day hangout spot known for its affordable prices and great BMOs (bun with cheese), always filled with locals dropping by for a quick bite or a drink in the sun.

Lille Bakery 

Refshalevej 213B, 1432 København. Lille Bakery might be one of the most photographed bakeries in the city, and for good reason. Expect a small queue, but the pastries and lunch plates are always worth the wait.

Café Sandø

Wilders Pl. 1, 1403 København. Tucked away in Christianshavn, this family-run café serves seasonal breakfast and lunch in a charming waterside setting. Keep an eye on their summer calendar for Friday bars, pop-ups and special events.

La Glace 

Skoubogade 3, 1158 København. The oldest pastry shop in Copenhagen since 1870, and a true city institution known for its classic café atmosphere and hot drinks served in pots with free refills. The “Sport’s Cake” is a house speciality and a must-try.

La Cabra

Møntergade 3A, 1116 København K. One of Copenhagen’s most popular coffee spots, known for exceptional coffee, freshly baked pastries and a calm, minimalist atmosphere.

Poulette

Møllegade 1, 2200 København. Best known for its fried chicken sandwich, this take-out burger spot keeps things simple but always delivers.

Knippelsbrogade 10, 1400 København. Hidden gem beneath Knippelsbro, this waterside wine bar is one of our favourite places to spend a sunny afternoon in the city.

AUTOPOUL

Hejrevej 31, 2400 København. Set in a former auto repair shop in Nordvest, Autopoul has become a summer favourite of ours. Come for natural wine, coffee, or cider and stay for the laid-back atmosphere and sunny outdoor space.

Friheden 

Esromgade 15, 1 1, 2200 København. A lively Nørrebro hangout combining bar, restaurant and social space in one. Set next to a skatepark, it’s a casual, unpretentious place where locals meet over food, drinks and cold draft beer.

Fiasco

Borgergade 134, 1300 København. A go-to spot in the city centre for gathering with friends. Keep an eye on their calendar for wine tastings, chef collaborations, and special events.

Bottega Barlie

Fredericiagade 78, 1310 København. A neighbourhood favourite for coffee, lunch and everything in between, with a cute sunny terrace.

Lunden

Lundtoftegade 21, 2200 København. This spot is hidden away in a charming courtyard in Nørrebro. Perfect for soaking up the sun with a drink in hand.

Bar Vitrine

Møntergade 5, 1116 København. An intimate and cute wine bar with a great selection of wines, perfect for a date night and people-watching.

Kødbyen

Flæsketorvet, 1711 København V. Great bars, good food and a dance floor to end the night — all within walking distance. Ideal for starting the evening with a drink at places like ÅBEN or Mesteren & Lærlingen.

Refshalevej 141, 1432 København. A must-visit summer spot! It gets crowded, so it’s best to come early. Known for its small organic menu, natural wines, and relaxed vibe, it’s perfect for swimming and soaking up a local side of Copenhagen.

Louisiana Museum of Modern Art

Gl Strandvej 13, 3050 Humlebæk. An iconic museum of modern art set between the sea and sculpture gardens, known for its architecture and unique coastal setting just outside Copenhagen.

Jærgersborggade

One of Nørrebro’s most vibrant streets, filled with independent shops, cafés, galleries and local favourites. Best explored without a plan.

Finn Juhl's House

Vilvordevej 110, 2920 Charlottenlund. A must for design lovers. Finn Juhl’s former home stands untouched, offering a personal and intimate glimpse into his life and work.

Gentofte Fleamarket 

Bregnegårdsvej 2, 2920 Charlottenlund. Sunday flea market in the summer with affordable, high quality brands and secondhand finds. A great spot for slow browsing and unexpected treasures.

Bibliotekshaven

Proviantpassagen 1, 1218 København. Bibliotekshaven is a hidden green space in central Copenhagen, offering a quiet escape surrounded by Christiansborg and the beautiful old library. An ideal spot to bring your own lunch or read a book.

Grønt Marked

Seasonal farmers’ market that moves around the city every Sunday, offering organic produce, fresh flowers and small local producers. Ideal for slow weekend browsing — see their website for locations.
