RECYCLED WOOL

Recycled wool can be hand-washed at a cold temperature of no more than 30 degrees using a wool and cashmere detergent. Remove excess water by gently pressing the recycled wool garment with a towel. Dry flat rather than hanging wool on a line to dry, as it will stretch out your wool sweater.

Recycled wool can be prone to pilling, caused by rubbing during regular use. Pilling can preferably be removed with a fabric shaver or a sweater comb. Brush recycled wool garment from time to time to get rid of dirt and dust, and keep it on a sturdy hanger. To refresh your recycled wool garment, gently spray the garment with a wool and cashmere spray to remove odor. To store your recycled wool garment, fold the clean garment and store in cotton or linen bags in a cool and dry environment. Store it with cedar rings to protect it from moisture, odor and moths.

HANDWASH 30° - DRY FLAT

Our recycled wool is made by breaking down used wool garments and spinning them into new yarns. By repurposing existing wool garments, recycled wool contributes to waste reduction and decreases the energy and water-intensive processes associated with traditional wool production. In addition, since recycled wool is made by cutting up and breaking down used woolen products, no animal is harmed or treated poorly in the process.
