The Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical, technically skilled, and growth-obsessed Digital Growth Manager to own and drive the performance of digital performace.

You will be the central force behind our digital growth, responsible for scaling traffic, optimizing performance, and ensuring our digital infrastructure supports rapid commercial development. This is a role for someone who thrives on experimentation, data, performance, and pushing digital boundaries in a fast-paced fashion environment.

 

As our Digital Growth Manager, you step into a role where:

You will: 

  • Scale our DTC e-commerce revenue through ownership of paid media, CRO, SEO, analytics, and digital tools
  • Grow traffic through paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, Retargeting), SEO, and content strategy
  • Own and optimize the performance of our Shopify platform, from UX/UI and load speed to on-site funnel design
  • Analyze customer behavior, traffic sources, product performance, and conversion rates to drive smarter decisions
  • Test, track and iterate on new ideas, funnels, and formats, you are not afraid to launch, learn and scale
  • Align product strategy with performance, ensure the right styles are pushed, promoted, and prioritized across channels
  • Implement growth tools (landing pages, A/B testing, bundles, reviews, plug-ins etc.) to constantly improve performance
  • Run and report on digital performance KPIs weekly/monthly, and translate insights into clear actions

  

You Are

  • A data-native, growth-focused thinker who turns insights into action
  • Technically confident in Shopify, pixels, tracking, tagging, analytics and ad platforms
  • Hands-on and driven, you execute, optimize, and refine constantly
  • Passionate about digital growth and eager to own your area
  • Curious and self-updating, always looking for better tools, smarter workflows, and scalable hacks
  • Structured and proactive, able to prioritize, communicate clearly, and lead your own roadmap 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in growth marketing / e-commerce / digital performance
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify
  • Experience with SEO, CRO, UX best practices, and performance tracking tools
  • Proven track record of scaling traffic, ROAS, or conversion rates
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
