RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package.
Quick overview:
- Danish customers → Use our return portal to register and return your order.

International customers → Purchase your own return label and send the package directly to our warehouse. Please notify us by email at info@operasport.net once you have shipped your return.

We also accept returns of online orders in our Copenhagen store. Please note that refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.
We do not accept returns sent with DAO or to parcel shops; these will be returned to the sender. We strongly recommend keeping a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof of shipment, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives directly at our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
OpéraSPORT does not accept any returns that exceed our 14-day return policy, thus making them automatically sent back to you with the refund refused. We also do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. All items must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered, inside the poly bag, including the packing slip, and with all original OpéraSPORT tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or a new item, please place a new order and return your existing one.
REFUNDS
As soon as your return has been received and approved through our quality control check in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your refund within 5–10 business days.
We now also offer refunds in the form of an OpéraSPORT gift card with a 15% added value on top of your refunded amount. This option will be presented to you during the return process through our return portal (Danish customers only).
If you have any inquiries regarding your refund, please contact info@operasport.net. We aim to get back to you within 2–3 business days.
CLAIMS
All goods are covered by the current Danish law, which gives customers 2 years to complain about a product. As a customer, you can complain about defects that occur within 2 years of purchase. However, if the defects are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear, the right to a complaint is denied.
You can send back a claim using our return portal (for Danish customers) or by contacting info@operasport.net directly. Please make sure to mark it as a claim and not a return.
If you have received an item with faults or damages, please email info@operasport.net with your order number and a picture of the garment showing the issue, and we will get back to you within 2–3 business
